SPML 2021
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the safety of the participants remains the top priority. After careful consideration, SPML 2021 was special arranged into online conference during 18-20 August, 2021. During the conference, Prof. Chin-Chen Chang from Feng Chia University, Taiwan, Prof. Shigeru Katagiri from Doshisha University, Japan, Prof. Fulian Yin from Communication University of China, China and Prof. Yen-Wei Chen from Ritsumeikan University, Japan have attended the conference as keynote speakers.
Tuomo Sipola from JAMK University of Applied Sciences in Finland, Sergey Vishnyakov from National Research University in Russia, Zhengyu Liang from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in China, Jiyuan Wang from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in China and Sheng Zhang from Xiamen University in China got the Best Presentation Award. In addition, many researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world have presented their research results and development activities.
