SPML2022 was held online successfully during August 4-6,
2022. During the conference, the Program Chair
Prof.MingYang Pan from Dalian Maritime University, China
to be the host. Conference Chair Prof. Wenjun Zhang from
Dalian Maritime University, China did the Opening
Remarks. Prof.Bin Hu from Beijing Institute of
Technology, China, Prof.Shigeru Katagiri from Doshisha
University, Japan, and Prof.LiLi from Hangzhou Dianzi
University, China shared Keynote Speeches with us. Prof.
Sergey Vishnyakov from National research university
"Moscow power engineering institute", Russia,
Dr.Gabriella Casalino from University of Bari,Italy,
Prof.Feng-JenYang from Florida Polytechnic University,
USA and Prof.Raja Kumar Murugesan from Taylor's

conference. There are 6 sub-sessions with different
